As you embark on this high-stakes journey involving alien invasions and secret missions, you'll be accompanied by a full-cast audio drama complete with detailed workout instructions, dramatic sound effects, and a compelling soundtrack delivered in binaural 3D sound.

Episodes are available in audio-only or video formats on both the app and website, offering flexibility for training anytime, anywhere. Workout sessions are customizable with Intro and Advanced options provided in the videos, allowing users to set their pace while being encouraged to push themselves safely.
